Privacy

The website does not create customer accounts or store buffet enquiry details. When you complete the buffet form, your own phone opens a text message containing the details you entered. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that message to Cathy’s.

If you contact us, we use your name, contact details, requested date and message only to answer your enquiry, check availability, prepare or fulfil an order, and keep any records required for normal business, tax or legal purposes. We do not sell customer details or use them for unrelated marketing.

You may ask about your personal information or request a correction or deletion by calling the number above, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

Orders and buffet enquiries

Submitting an order or buffet enquiry is a request, not automatic acceptance. An order or booking is confirmed only when Cathy’s has checked availability and confirmed it with you. Menu items, prices and availability may change. Any delivery charge or important change will be confirmed before the order is accepted.

Payment is made on collection or delivery unless another arrangement is confirmed. If plans change, contact Cathy’s as soon as possible. Cancellation options may be limited once made-to-order or perishable food has been prepared.

Allergens

Please tell Cathy’s about any food allergy or intolerance before placing or confirming an order. Allergen information is available from the team. Food is prepared in a working kitchen where allergens are handled, so speak to us directly about your needs and possible cross-contact.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The location map is supplied by OpenStreetMap and loads only on the home page. Opening external directions takes you to Google Maps, whose own privacy and cookie terms then apply.
